Sharing perspective on marketing, business development, and building strong relationships.

TJK was honored to take part in the AIA Nevada Fellows Forum Series focused on marketing and business development. Kayleigh Hasshaw, CPSM, Vice President of Business Operations and Marketing, moderated a discussion on marketing structure, planning, and the role of real human connection in our industry.
A key theme throughout the conversation was simple. Business is human to human. Strong relationships come first, and the work follows. The group also discussed the importance of staying true to who you are as a firm, leaning into your strengths, and building trust through consistency.
As Kayleigh shared throughout the discussion, relationships in this industry come down to doing what you say you’re going to do. It means delivering work that meets expectations and goes beyond them. That’s how we’ve built trust over more than 40 years, and what we mean when we say we’re with our clients until the end.
We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this series and to contribute to a conversation that reflects how we approach our work at TJK, with clear communication, honest relationships, and a commitment to our clients.
