HEALTHCARE
We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage and pay for 100% of the insurance premium for full-time employees and 30% of dependents' premiums.
401(k) / PROFIT SHARING
Employees can contribute to pre-tax 401(k) or Roth accounts. TJK will match up to 4% of your annual salary.
PAID TIME OFF
We offer PTO to regular full-time employees. The amount of PTO received each year is dependent on seniority. In addition, employees receive one paid personal day per quarter.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Enjoy flex time through scheduled core hours and remote work days with Monday and Wednesday as our core office days.
EDUCATION
Opportunities to attend seminars, webinars, access to thousands of training videos, educational assistance program to encourage employees to maintain and improve their job-related skills through formal education.
HOLIDAYS
Full-time employees receive eight paid federal holidays.
Employees with 3+ years tenure receive paid time off during the office closure between Christmas and New Years.
WORK & PLAY
Engineering can't be the only thing we do. We have several committees that organize events for the office including anything from racing go-carts, barbecuing, or volunteering our time to local charities.
