We offer PTO to regular full-time employees. The amount of PTO received each year is dependent on seniority.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Our office offers remote work to all employees with Monday and Wednesday as our core office days.
Education
With growth as a core value, TJK offers opportunities for employees to attend seminars, webinars, and provides access to thousands of training videos. In addition, the company offers an educational assistance program to eligible staff to encourage employees to maintain and improve their job-related skills through formal education.
Work & Play
Engineering can't be the only thing we do. We have several committees that organize events for the office including anything from racing go-carts, barbecuing, or volunteering our time to local charities.
