Henderson Preschool Breaks Ground

Construction is underway on the new City of Henderson Preschool (January 2026)

The approximately 15,000 SF facility marks an exciting step forward for early childhood education in the Henderson community and is designed to support both young learners and future educators. In addition to providing access to high-quality preschool education for local families, the project will offer hands-on teaching experience for college students pursuing careers in education.

TJK provided full mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology design for the new facility. The building will include classrooms, administrative offices, multipurpose space, exterior play areas, and support spaces, designed to create a safe and functional learning environment.

Working alongside Simpson Coulter Studio as architect and CORE Construction as general contractor, the team is focused on delivering a space that serves both immediate community needs and long-term educational goals.
