Hemlock Restaurant & Bar Opens in Boise

Bringing a boutique steakhouse to the downtown Boise neighborhood

Hemlock Restaurant & Bar has officially opened in downtown Boise, bringing a refined dining experience to the ground floor of Hotel 500.

The high-end steakhouse features a warm, modern atmosphere with a private dining and conference room, an inviting bar, and an outdoor patio designed for guests to gather and enjoy the space.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for the renovation and expansion. Our work included power distribution and lighting design to support the restaurant’s ambiance, HVAC system design and modifications for the dining and bar areas, and plumbing systems to support kitchen and bar operations.

Located just down the street from our Boise office, the project is a great example of the type of work we’re proud to support in the local community.

Working with Studio H as architect and Wright Brothers as general contractor, the project team delivered a space that balances design, function, and the overall guest experience.
