This housing development is a 57-unit multi-family apartment complex near the local East Las Vegas Library and Early Childhood Education Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The complex features 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units and amenities such as a 3,000 square foot community center that houses a gym and conference room, dog park, community garden, picnic areas, shaded play area, and recycling center. This project was intended to provide affordable public housing to the surrounding area.

TJK provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology design for this project. Our scope of work included lighting, power, security camera design, HVAC calculations, design for hot water system, attendance at coordination meetings, and construction administration services. The Wardelle Townhouses provide living spaces for low income families where they can feel safe and proud of where they live.
