To meet growing patient demand, Henderson Hospital renovated its 6th Floor Concierge Suites to increase capacity and modernize the unit to current healthcare standards. The project expanded the floor to accommodate 32 patient beds while updating the space to comply with the 2022 FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction and integrate seamlessly with the existing hospital.

 

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the renovation. Our team designed modifications to patient rooms and building systems to support the expanded unit while coordinating closely with the owner, contractor, and design team throughout construction. Services included multidisciplinary coordination, BIM support, and construction administration.

 

The completed renovation provides modern, efficient patient care spaces that enhance the hospital's ability to serve the Henderson community. By thoughtfully integrating new systems with the existing facility, the project increased patient capacity while minimizing disruption to hospital operations and positioning the unit to meet the community's healthcare needs for years to come.
