The Silverado Ranch Community Center is a 36,900 square-foot facility constructed on the north side of the existing Silverado Ranch Park. This center includes basketball courts, multipurpose spaces, an indoor walking track, and an outdoor performance plaza. 

 

TJK provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design for this new community center, which was the first to be built by Clark County in nearly a decade.

 

This facility was designed to align closely with LEED Silver certification standards, with a strong focus on promoting health and wellness in the community. A key highlight of the project is the design team’s thoughtful and community-centered approach. Many local residents, including seniors, currently walk in the surrounding park, an activity often hindered by extreme summer heat. To address this, the design incorporates an indoor walking track, providing a comfortable and safe year-round alternative. We’re proud to have contributed to the collaborative design process that brought the owner’s vision for this community center to life.

 

TJK provided full services including construction administration services consisting of RFI responses, submittal reviews, monthly site visits, closeout inspections, and final record drawings to ensure the project was successful from start to finish.
