TJK Consulting Engineers

TJK provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for a private residence located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The design consisted of a ground-up design for a 4,174 square foot two-story home with a basement.

The home featured an endless pool and minimal desert landscaping on the exterior. TJK provided power connection for the endless pool as well as power circuiting for the landscape lighting design. In addition, our team coordinated with the lighting designer for the light fixture locations and controls, coordinated with the low voltage designer, security designer, and A/V designer. Our scope included general power, data/telephone, and TV layout.

Residential homes require a level of comfort that heavily relies on proper heating and ventilation. TJK provided the heating, cooling, and ductwork design and sizing for the home as well as specifications for the mechanical and plumbing equipment, equipment schedules, and energy calculations for the AHJ.
