Wardelle Townhouses is a 57 unit affordable housing development located near the East Las Vegas Library and Early Childhood Education Center. The multifamily community includes one, two, and three bedroom residences along with a 3,000 square foot community center featuring a gym and meeting space. Outdoor amenities include a dog park, community garden, picnic areas, and shaded play area.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the development. Our design included HVAC and domestic hot water systems, lighting and power, and security camera infrastructure to support the residential buildings and shared community spaces.

The development expands affordable housing options in East Las Vegas while providing residents with convenient access to community amenities and nearby public resources.
