TJK has provided engineering services for numerous renovations and system upgrades throughout UNLV’s Lied Library over the years. Our work has supported improvements across all five floors of the library, including graduate and group study spaces, computer and work areas, special collections, multipurpose spaces, and public areas.

Projects have included electrical, mechanical, and technology engineering for lighting and power improvements, HVAC modifications, audio visual and communications systems, and renovations to accommodate changing space needs. TJK also provided engineering for infrastructure upgrades including replacement of the library’s UPS system, emergency power improvements, new data equipment, and power and data connections for digital directories and information displays.

Through these projects, TJK has helped UNLV continually adapt Lied Library’s spaces and infrastructure to support evolving student, technology, and operational needs.
