For more than 15 years, TJK has provided engineering services for approximately 30 Terrible Herbst projects across its convenience store network. The work has ranged from engineering plan reviews to full mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for new locations featuring convenience stores, fueling canopies, car washes, and supporting site improvements.

For full design projects, TJK’s scope has included HVAC and plumbing systems, power distribution, interior and site lighting, and infrastructure supporting fueling canopies and communications. Our team has also designed specialized systems associated with car washes and convenience store operations while adapting the engineering to the size and requirements of each location.

Through this work, TJK has developed extensive experience with Terrible Herbst facilities and the engineering requirements associated with its convenience stores, fueling areas, and car wash locations.
