TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services for a new 4,174 square foot, two story private residence with a basement in Las Vegas.

The home features an endless pool and desert landscaping, with TJK providing the electrical infrastructure to support the pool and landscape lighting. Our electrical design also included general power and coordination of lighting controls and technology systems throughout the residence.

Mechanical and plumbing systems were designed around the comfort and needs of the home, including heating and cooling systems, ductwork, plumbing equipment, and associated energy requirements. The engineering was integrated with the home’s architectural and specialty systems to support the overall residential design.​
