The Ogden Underpass provides an important pedestrian connection between downtown Las Vegas and Symphony Park. Improvements to the underpass were designed to create a safer and more inviting route for pedestrians, including widened sidewalks that provide greater separation from vehicular traffic and increased lighting throughout the corridor.

TJK provided electrical engineering services for the lighting improvements, increasing illumination levels to support pedestrian safety while also enhancing the artwork within the underpass. Rather than using standard roadway lighting, TJK evaluated and modeled fixture options that could meet required RTC light levels while providing the durability needed for the environment and adding visual character to the corridor.
