Slated to open in 2027, the NetJets Private Terminal and Hangar at Harry Reid International Airport will provide an exclusive facility designed around the private aviation experience. The terminal will feature a refined lobby, dedicated parking, and direct vehicular ramp access, allowing aircraft owners and guests to be dropped off directly at their plane.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the new facility. Our design included HVAC and plumbing systems, power distribution, interior and site lighting, and technology infrastructure supporting voice and data, audio/video, CCTV, and access control. The engineering systems were designed to support the comfort and functionality required throughout the terminal and hangar.
