The City of Mesquite Fire Station #1 marks the first ground up fire station construction for the Mesquite community. 

TJK provided electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and technology engineering services for the new 12,800 square foot facility. The station includes three apparatus bays, eight dorm rooms, a kitchen and day room, fitness and training spaces, administrative offices, and an emergency operations center. 

Our design included power and technology infrastructure, HVAC and exhaust systems, and domestic water, wastewater, natural gas, and compressed air systems. TJK also coordinated with utility providers and the digital dispatch systems designer to support the specialized operational needs of the station.
