TJK provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services for the renovation of an existing 1,700 square foot space into a Thai restaurant in Meridian, Idaho.

The design incorporated the existing HVAC and electrical systems while making the modifications necessary to support the new restaurant. TJK’s work included HVAC distribution and ventilation, review of the existing kitchen exhaust and make up air systems, plumbing and domestic hot water, and power for kitchen and restaurant equipment. Our electrical scope also included lighting and controls, with fixture selection coordinated to complement the restaurant’s interior design, along with infrastructure for voice and data, audio visual, CCTV, and security systems.
