Henderson Hospital is a 250,000 square foot acute care hospital and the anchor of the Union Village development in Henderson. The ground up facility includes an emergency department, four operating rooms, imaging and surgical support areas, and three floors of patient rooms. The hospital was developed using an integrated project delivery approach to support an accelerated design and construction schedule.

TJK provided electrical and technology engineering services for the new hospital. Our electrical design included normal and emergency power distribution, lighting and controls, generator systems, and power for mechanical and medical equipment. TJK also designed the hospital’s technology systems, including nurse call, voice and data, paging, access control, CCTV and security, fire alarm, and other communications infrastructure.

The project established the first major healthcare facility within Union Village and expanded access to hospital services for the growing Henderson community.
