TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services for a new 1,500 square foot Floyd’s Barbershop tenant improvement. The space includes a reception and waiting area, twelve haircut stations, a dedicated color station, restrooms, and employee support areas.

The design utilized the existing HVAC and electrical infrastructure provided with the building shell, with modifications to support the new barbershop. TJK’s work included HVAC distribution and exhaust, plumbing and domestic hot water systems, lighting and power, and electrical connections for point of sale and other equipment. Technology infrastructure included provisions for voice and data, audio visual, CCTV, and security systems.
