Echo 1055 is a 350,000 square foot private student housing development located near the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus on East Tropicana Avenue. The complex includes 215 residential units with 601 beds, ranging from one to four bedroom apartments, along with structured parking and resident amenities.

The development features two second floor courtyards and shared spaces for studying, recreation, and gathering. Additional amenities include a fitness and yoga area, game room, outdoor barbecue areas, and resident meeting spaces.

TJK provided electrical and technology engineering services for the residential development and parking structure. Our design included power distribution and lighting systems throughout the residential and common areas, along with communications, data, wireless, and security infrastructure to support the needs of the student housing community.
