The UNLV Dayton Residential Complex was developed as an approximately 138,000 square foot residence hall providing 500 beds on the university campus.

TJK provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the residence hall and evaluated options for a new stand alone central plant. The central plant study considered a system serving the residence hall independently as well as an expanded option capable of supporting a potential future 200,000 square foot recreation center.

TJK also performed a life cycle cost analysis during design development to evaluate the long term operational and maintenance considerations associated with the proposed systems.
