Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory is a Catholic high school in Las Vegas focused on preparing students from economically challenged backgrounds for college and future opportunities. The approximately 100,000 square foot campus includes academic and administrative spaces connected by a central courtyard to a gymnasium, along with outdoor athletic facilities.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services for the development of the 12.52 acre campus. Our work supported classrooms and administrative areas, the gymnasium, kitchen and common spaces, as well as the soccer field, running track, and baseball field. The design included HVAC and plumbing systems, power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, athletic field lighting, and infrastructure for security, communications, audio visual systems, and scoreboards.

The engineering was also planned to accommodate the phased development of the school, including infrastructure for future classroom expansion as the campus grew.
