The City of Las Vegas remodeled its Planning Department offices to accommodate changing staff and workplace needs. The project focused primarily on the third floor, where existing offices, conference rooms, and work areas were reconfigured to support the new layout.

TJK provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the renovation. Our team evaluated the existing building systems to maximize their continued use while designing modifications to support the remodeled space, including new HVAC equipment and ductwork for the updated work areas.

The renovation allowed the City to adapt its existing office space to better support the Planning Department’s day to day operations and staffing needs.
