The City of Las Vegas developed the Health & Wellness Center in coordination with the Corridor of Hope to expand access to medical and behavioral health services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The approximately 8,500 square foot facility includes exam rooms and behavioral health offices, along with lab, administrative, and support spaces.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the new medical facility. Our design included HVAC systems focused on indoor air quality and energy efficiency, plumbing systems supporting clinical functions, and electrical and technology infrastructure throughout the facility. TJK also utilized 3D modeling to coordinate building systems within the medical environment.

Designed to meet LEED Silver standards, the Health & Wellness Center provides a dedicated location for medical and behavioral health services as part of the City’s broader efforts to expand access to care.
