TJK has provided engineering services for a series of improvements throughout the Downtown Civic Center building. Projects have included office renovations on multiple floors, improvements to the first floor lobby and reception areas, and a 4,300 square foot tenant improvement for the Nevada Secretary of State office.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and Level 2 technology engineering services across the various improvements. Our designs adapted existing building systems to support new office layouts and public spaces, including HVAC modifications, lighting and power, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. Technology improvements included voice and data, audio/video, CCTV, Wi-Fi, distributed antenna systems, and access control.

Together, these projects have helped the City modernize existing spaces and accommodate changing operational needs within the Civic Center.
