The City of Las Vegas developed the Corridor of Hope to expand access to services and resources for individuals experiencing homelessness in Southern Nevada. Located in downtown Las Vegas, the project expanded the City’s existing 23,000 square foot Courtyard Homeless Resource Center, bringing together access to medical care, housing assistance, employment services, and other resources in one location.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the expanded campus. The project included a day center, two story office building, shower and restroom facilities, storage lockers, an administration and intake building, walk in restroom building, parking, and outdoor shaded sleeping areas. Our team designed and coordinated the building systems needed to support the different functions across the campus and the day to day operation of the facility.

The Corridor of Hope provides a centralized location where individuals can access essential services and connect with resources that support greater stability.
