The City of Las Vegas developed Fire Station #46 to serve the growing Skye Canyon community and strengthen emergency response in the northwest valley. The new 11,059 square foot station builds on the successful design of Fire Station #3, with modifications tailored to the site and operational needs of the facility.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for the new fire station, including HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, lighting, and technology infrastructure. One notable design element was a domestic water booster pump system to maintain adequate water pressure due to the site's higher elevation.

The completed station provides a modern, efficient facility for first responders while expanding emergency services for the growing northwest Las Vegas community.
