TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for extensive improvements to the former Alan Bible Federal Building in downtown Las Vegas. The project included 18,000 square feet of office improvements on the sixth and seventh floors, restroom and elevator lobby renovations, 36,000 square feet of grey shell space for future tenants, and upgrades to major building infrastructure.

Our scope included a building wide HVAC upgrade, plumbing modifications, lighting and power improvements, elevator support systems, and fire alarm modifications. TJK also designed infrastructure to support future tenant buildouts and technology systems including voice and data, audio/video, CCTV, and access control.
