The Travel Nevada Adventure Center in Boulder City opened in October 2026 as a new destination connecting visitors and residents with outdoor recreation opportunities throughout Southern Nevada. Located near Lake Mead, the center brings together local outfitters offering guided kayaking, hiking, biking, and other outdoor experiences, along with trip planning resources and visitor services.

TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for five existing buildings and infrastructure supporting three future buildings. Our design included HVAC and plumbing systems, new electrical services and power distribution, interior and site lighting, and Level 2 technology systems for communications and security. The engineering also included utility connections and infrastructure to accommodate future tenant improvements as the center develops.

The Adventure Center supports Boulder City's role as a gateway to Southern Nevada's outdoor recreation destinations while creating new opportunities for local businesses.
