TJK provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology engineering services for an approximately 11,200 square foot tenant improvement on the sixth floor of the Hughes Center Colliers Building. The remodeled office includes private offices, open work areas, conference space, a lobby, kitchen and breakroom, and supporting spaces.

Our design adapted the existing building systems to support the new office layout, including HVAC distribution and plumbing modifications, lighting and power, and Level 1 technology infrastructure for voice/data, audio/video, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems.

The completed design supports a modern, functional workplace while making efficient use of the building’s existing infrastructure.
