Planning Department Remodel
TJK was selected to remodel the existing office space at the City of Las Vegas Planning Department. Our main focus was on the 3rd floor of the building, where the existing offices, conference room, and other work spaces needed modification to meet the City of Las Vegas’ new staff needs. Part of our scope involved providing new HVAC equipment and ductwork to accommodate the new work stations.
Our design team investigated the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to maximize the use of the existing installations. TJK attended site visits to determine if the existing equipment could be utilized to its full capacity. Past experience working with the City of Las Vegas was a factor that allowed the project to be able to support the staffing needs of the planning department.
