Slated to open in 2027, the NetJets Private Terminal and Hangar at Harry Reid International Airport is designed to elevate the private aviation experience. This modern, exclusive-use facility will feature a refined lobby, dedicated parking, and direct vehicular ramp access which will allow aircraft owners and guests to be dropped off right at the plane.

 

TJK is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology (MEPT) engineering services to support the development of this state-of-the-art terminal. Our work supports the facility’s emphasis on performance, comfort, and security.

 

A few highlights of our design scope include:

 

• Electrical: General power layout, building and parking lot lighting, lighting control systems, and IEC calculations.

• Technology: Voice and data infrastructure, audio/visual systems, CCTV, and intrusion alarm/access control design.

• Mechanical: HVAC load modifications, outside air ventilation calculations, IEEC calculations for equipment, and updates to the exhaust system.

• Plumbing: Sizing and distribution for natural gas, domestic water, waste and vent, and roof drainage systems, along with fixture and connection modifications.
