Kayleigh began her AEC industry with TJK in 2008 and has grown alongside the firm ever since, building a career defined by leadership, operational insight, and a deep commitment to the company's success. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibility within the organization, helping strengthen the company’s operations and strategic direction before stepping into the role of Vice President of Marketing & Business Operations in 2023. In this position, Kayleigh leads the firm’s marketing and business development efforts while overseeing operational initiatives that support TJK’s long-term vision.

 

While building her career at TJK, Kayleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During that time, she helped establish the company’s marketing department and contributed to the development of its executive management structure, laying the groundwork for the firm’s continued growth.

 

Kayleigh has been actively involved in the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) since 2011 and earned her Certified Professional Service Marketer (CPSM) accreditation in 2022. She served as President of SMPS Las Vegas Chapter from 2017-2020 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the SMPS Pacific Region. She also volunteers with AIA Las Vegas and NAIOP Southern Nevada, supporting collaboration and growth within the local AEC industry.

Outside of work, Kayleigh is an avid animal lover and proudly obsessed with her two dogs. She believes it's nearly impossible not to smile after seeing an otter floating on its back or a smiling quokka. Kayleigh also finds joy in organizing and planning - whether coordinating work events, trips with friends, or her personal favorite: organizing her pantry. She thrives on the process of imagining something, bringing all the pieces together, and watching it come to life. Known for her direct communication style, Kayleigh also loves to laugh, joke around, and enjoy time with the people who matter most.
