Originally from Oceanside, California, Jon moved to Las Vegas in 1990 and has been working in the industry since 2004. He began his career as a drafter and, within a few years, learned plumbing and HVAC design. That experience led to his first design role, where he also provided BIM and AutoCAD support, building a career around solving technical challenges and continuously expanding his skills.

 

Outside of work, Jon enjoys improving and customizing just about anything he can. Whether he's working with Linux, modifying stock cars, riding BMX, or taking on a new project, he's driven by the challenge of making things better. If something doesn't go as planned, he's just as motivated to figure out how to fix it and improve it along the way. His two kids are his biggest inspiration and motivate him to keep learning, growing, and taking on new challenges.

Jon embraces challenges with curiosity and determination. Whether he's solving technical problems or taking on a new hobby, he believes that being told something can't be done is often the best reason to prove that it can.
