Located in downtown Boise, Hemlock Restaurant & Bar brings a refined dining experience to the ground floor of Hotel 500. This high-end steakhouse features a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a private dining and conference room, an inviting bar, and an outdoor patio.

TJK provided MEP design services to support the restaurant’s renovation and expansion. Our scope included general power distribution and lighting design to complement the restaurant’s elevated ambiance, HVAC calculations and system design and modification to serve the remodeled dining area and expanded bar area and complete piping distribution for domestic water and waste along with connections for plumbing fixtures and floor drains to support both the kitchen and bar operations.

The result is a functional, comfortable space that supports the restaurant’s elevated dining experience.
