Your Impact

We’re looking for a Professional Engineer with strong expertise in electrical and technology systems to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across the department. In this role, you will supervise project delivery, support project managers, and ensure that all work aligns with contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and TJK’s high standards of quality.

This position blends technical leadership, mentorship, quality assurance, and client-facing responsibilities. You will set department standards, manage the workload of team members, and contribute directly to projects as needed—acting as Engineer of Record, project manager, or designer depending on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee departmental projects and support project managers.
Lead quality assurance and maintain design standards.
Conduct QC reviews and ensure code and client compliance.
Manage workload, staffing, and resource assignments.
Maintain client relationships and assist with project issues.
Participate in training, mentoring, and technical development of staff.
Research and implement design improvements and new technologies.

Your Strengths

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Active Professional Engineer license in Nevada.
8+ years of electrical/technology design experience.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong technical knowledge, QA/QC capability, and software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD).
A leadership mindset with the ability to balance big-picture oversight and hands-on project involvement.
