Your Impact
Our Boise office is growing, and we're seeking an Electrical Designer to support the development of high-quality electrical system designs for community-focused projects as we expand our regional impact. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers to turn design intent into accurate construction documents while ensuring coordination, code compliance, and technical quality.
Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical design tasks: calculations, equipment/fixture selection, drafting, and coordination.

Translate project requirements into detailed, accurate design documents.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.

Review your own drawings and reports for accuracy and completeness.

Research codes and standards; assist with specifications and reports.

Participate in site visits, respond to RFIs, and support construction-phase questions.

Manage multiple tasks across several projects and meet deadlines.

Collaborate daily with the design team and seek guidance when needed.
Your Strengths

3–6 years of electrical design experience (lighting, power, or low-voltage).

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.

Familiarity with applicable codes and client standards.

Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
