Your Impact

We’re looking for an experienced Designer to join our team and take ownership of the overall design of assigned projects. In this role, you’ll translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical documents that bring our clients’ visions to life. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other design disciplines to ensure every project meets our standards for quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical design tasks: calculations, equipment/fixture selection, drafting, and coordination.
Translate project requirements into detailed, accurate design documents.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
Review your own drawings and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Research codes and standards; assist with specifications and reports.
Participate in site visits, respond to RFIs, and support construction-phase questions.
Manage multiple tasks across several projects and meet deadlines.
Collaborate daily with the design team and seek guidance when needed.

Your Strengths

3–6 years of electrical design experience (lighting, power, or low-voltage).
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.
Familiarity with applicable codes and client standards.
Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
