Cael supports TJK project teams through his work in CAD and Revit, helping develop clear, accurate models and drawings that contribute to efficient design and coordination. He has a strong interest in improving workflows and enjoys finding ways to automate tasks, bringing a thoughtful and solutions-focused mindset to his role.

 

Outside of work, Cael’s interests reflect a unique balance of energy and creativity. He loves playing sports just as much as getting lost in a good Brandon Sanderson novel. He’s also known for his culinary intuition, with a talent for tasting a dish and instinctively knowing what’s missing to make it just right. Cael approaches both his work and relationships with consistency and heart.

 

He draws inspiration from his dad, who has always put family first and continues to be an example of the kind of person Cael hopes to become.
