Your Impact

We are seeking a BIM Technician to support our design teams by producing accurate CAD and Revit drawings and maintaining organized project documentation. In this role, you will help prepare models and drawing sets, update backgrounds, and support designers and project managers throughout the production process. Your work will help ensure our projects are well-coordinated, efficient, and ready for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain CAD and Revit production files and drawing setups.
Update project backgrounds and incorporate redlines from design teams.
Assist designers and project managers with drafting, plotting, and publishing.
Perform basic clash and coordination checks when directed.
Review drawings for accuracy, including scales, text, symbols, and settings.
Organize project folders and maintain file management standards.
Troubleshoot CAD/Revit issues and support production workflows.
Participate in meetings or site visits when possible to learn about project design.

Your Strengths

2-5 years of drafting experience in AEC industry.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
