Kayleigh began her AEC career journey at TJK as an Admin Assistant in 2008. In 2013, she was promoted to Office Manager and has served as the company’s Director of Operations since 2017. Kayleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas whilst continuing to work for TJK and developing the company’s executive management team and marketing department. Kayleigh is versatile, adaptable, and dependable no matter what she sets her mind to.

Kayleigh is obsessed with her two dogs and has become an avid animal lover ever since adopting her first one. She loves Dateline and crime podcasts and things that are organized and have a purpose. You'll find that Kayleigh has a pretty direct personality, but she likes to have a good time, joke around, and laugh hysterically with her favorite people.

Kayleigh also loves orchids, but admits she can't keep them alive, or any plant for that matter.
