Kayleigh began her AEC career journey at TJK as an Admin Assistant in 2008. In 2013, she was promoted to Office Manager and served as the company’s Director of Operations since 2017 before becoming the VP of Marketing & Business Operations in 2023. Kayleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas while continuing to work for TJK and developing the company’s executive management team and marketing department. Kayleigh has been actively involved in the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) since 2011, serving as the Las Vegas Chapter President from 2017-2020. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for SMPS’ Pacific Region as well as volunteers her time with AIA’s Las Vegas Chapter as the Allied Director. 

 

Kayleigh is obsessed with her two dogs and has become an avid animal lover ever since adopting her first one. She dares you to look at an otter swimming on its back or a smiling quokka on a bad day and not feel better. Kayleigh finds immense joy in organizing and planning, from work events to friend gatherings, trips, or even the simplest, yet her favorite, organizing her pantry. It’s the process of imagining something, bringing all the pieces together, and seeing it come to life that feeds her soul. You’ll find Kayleigh has a direct personality, but she likes to have a good time, joke around, and laugh hysterically with her favorite people.
