After attending Boise State University, Joe moved to Southern California where he started work as an apprentice installing low voltage systems and became an in-house drafter. When life brought him back home to Boise, he worked his way into a design position, and soon became a project manager. In Joe's vast experience, he has developed many skills including sales, proposals, estimates, design, permitting, and construction administration, and has developed many priceless professional relationships along the way. Joe is adept at design in several project sectors, from Fish Hatcheries and Bureau of Land Management Fire Watch outposts in some of the most remote, rugged terrain, to big-box grocery and retailers nationwide.

Joe is a native Idahoan and has lived in the Boise area his whole life with the exception of 2 years spent in SoCal. He has been married to his wife, Ashley, since 2007 and completed the set with 2 kids, Brady and Annabelle. Their family has supported and loved many adopted rescue pups. Currently they have 2 pound pups that have become sisters in their home. Away from work, Joe is a promotor for 3 different racetracks in the Treasure Valley, he’s on the Board of Directors for the Snake River Karters, mans the AV/Soundboard at his church, and enjoys camping in the Idaho wilderness and all of the sportsman activities the great NW is known for. Many different people have inspired Joe throughout his lifetime, but no one has inspired him more than his children have.
