TJK provided the electrical engineering and technology design services for a 250,000 square foot ground-up hospital, which included four operating rooms, imaging area, ED, PACU, PREOP, and three floors of patient rooms provided via an integrated design process.
 

The electrical scope of work included lighting and power, one-line diagrams for switchboards, panels, feeder, transformers, and generator systems, complete design for power wiring and equipment connects for mechanical and plumbing equipment, emergency lighting for egress exiting, design of the wiring for the lighting and the lighting control, and design for conduit for telephone system. The technology design included complete design for fire alarm, nurse call, door control (access control) system, paging system, phone/data, fire radio system, telemetry system, CCTV/Security/Intrusion system, and MATV system.
